We would like to extend an invitation to the Launching and First Public Hearing of the Global Parliamentarians' Inquiry into the Progress of the Fossil Fuel Phase Out.

The Global Parliamentarians' Inquiry is a project of the Parliamentarians' Network for a Fossil Fuel Future, which has to date over 700 signatories from more than 70 countries. The Inquiry will be led by a Global Inquiry Committee of Parliamentarians coming from a diverse set of countries: Bangladesh, Bolivia, Canada, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Germany, Liberia, Philippines, Sierra Leone, Uruguay, Uganda, Tanzania, USA, Zambia.

Join us in New York during Climate Week to launch this important new global initiative. The two events are as follows:

Launch: Sunday, September 17, 9:30 to 11:30

First Public Hearings: Monday, September 18,  9:30 to 3:30
